The name alone might be enough to crack you up, but when searching for something that is effective and not disgusting to help with diaper rash, I was delighted to discover this product. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste can be found at most of your big box stores and is reasonably priced. Even better, the value in each tube is immeasurable. Besides providing protection from diaper irritants, it helps heal the skin under the paste. Usually a day or two after we would start using it, the little bottom would heal right up.
At Cajun Brands they also list many other skin conditions that they say the paste is good for, such as poison ivy, but I can’t attest to any of these. However, I can tell you that it’s a real change from the usual zinc oxide diaper rash cream, combining what I like best about them with smooth application and easy removal. And best of all - it truly seems to facilitate quick healing.
We’re a big fan of Boudreaux Butt Paste around here! It is available is tubes or by the jar. You’ll also enjoy the fact that the scent is pleasant!

I love that you wrote about this - my best friend uses the Butt Paste on her son’s diaper rash (she loves it). The best part about it? Hearing an 18 month old ask for “Butt Paste” on the changing table. Precious!!
