Braincandy Increases Your Senses

I recently previewed “Hear My World” from the new Braincandy 5 Senses DVD series.

The shows are recommended for ages 0-4 and if you have been reading my sites for any length of time you know how I feel about media and babies. I’d say ages 2-4 would really enjoy them, though.

They’re ever so slightly annoying to me in a “Sesame Street” kind of way, but it’s in that same way that I can see them really appealing to kids.

The 5 senses are a large part of the early elementary curriculum and I see every year that kids love to learn about and explore their senses. These DVD’s would be a nice compliment to talking about and actually experiencing the cool things about their senses.
